We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment must be received before orders are processed or access is granted.

Payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to applicable payment processing terms and policies. Stripe’s payment and subscription documentation explains how recurring charges, invoices, and billing cycles are handled on its platform.

5. Subscriptions and Renewals

If you purchase the Date Night Club as a monthly or annual subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless and until you cancel.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year until canceled.

You can cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid future charges. If you cancel, your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Digital Content

Digital products, membership content, and member resources are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, share login credentials, or exploit our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Physical Products

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our physical products. Because some products may be handmade or visually unique, slight variations in color, finish, or detail may occur.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

8. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Physical product shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Digital products and membership fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
